Please read the instruction carefully before proceed for the enrollment.

• Persons Name
• Full Address
• email Id
• Bank account details with Account holders name, Account Number, Branch information and IFS Code number
• Document to be uploaded at the time of enrollment
  1. Passport Photo in JPG format (not more than 1.5 MB in size)
  2. ID Proof in PDF / JPG format (not more than 1.5 MB in size )
  3. Address Proof in PDF / JPG format (not more than 1.5MB in size)
  4. Authorisation Proof in PDF / JPG format (not more than 1.5MB in size)

• Note that uploading PAN card is not mandatory at the time of enrollment if you have not uploaded the PAN Cardat the time of enrollment you have to submit the same at the sufal bangla office unless your enrollment applicationwill be rejected.
